Annual report 2023/24

The NEUPC Annual Report for 2023/24 is now available, highlighting a year of strong financial performance, continued member support, and strategic growth in our framework agreements.

This year, we have delivered significant financial returns to our members:

  • £105.4k increase in member rebates, reflecting greater financial benefits for institutions.
  • £365.2k growth in total agreements value, demonstrating a strong recovery from the previous year.
  • £60k returned to members in subscription rebates, equating to 26.4% of total fees, reinforcing our commitment to reinvesting in our members.

NEUPC remains committed to helping members navigate sector challenges and maximise procurement efficiencies. As we prepare for the Procurement Act 2023, our teams are actively ensuring that our frameworks remain robust, compliant, and aligned with evolving regulations.

Looking ahead, we are expanding key frameworks to further support our members, including:

  • The six-year Building Refurbishment Framework, providing access to high-quality suppliers for estate projects.
  • The National Education Printer Agreement, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable print solutions.
  • The National Lifts Framework, delivering reliable and compliant lift maintenance and installation.
  • Construction Project Management, supporting institutions with expert-led project oversight.

We continue to work closely with members and suppliers to identify further efficiencies and ensure institutions are fully supported in achieving their procurement goals.
