NEUPC Announces the Launch of NEPA 3 – Your Go-To Print Framework

We’re excited to share that NEUPC has officially launched the ITS2011 NE National Education Printer Agreement 3 (NEPA 3) – a new and improved print framework built to offer great value, flexibility, and a hassle-free route to market for the higher education and public sectors.

Who Can Use It?

This NEUPC-led agreement is open to members of:

  • APUC
  • HEPCW
  • LUPC
  • NWUPC
  • SUPC

So, if you're part of any of these consortia—you’re good to go!

Lot 1 – Non-Managed Print Equipment
Self-managed print devices (new or remanufactured), with flexible buying options like direct award or mini competitions.

Lot 2 – Managed Print Equipment & Services (Including MFDs)
A complete managed print service—equipment, software, consumables, maintenance, training—you name it.

Lot 3 – Production Print Equipment
High-volume, production-grade printers with software and finishing kit. Ideal for heavy-duty print environments.

Lot 4 – One Stop Shop
Need it all? This lot combines any or all of the above in one streamlined package.
