The NEUPC Estates Category Group manages collaborative procurement activity in the following categories:

- Related Professional Services
- Estates Heritage and Conservation
- Utilities
- Maintenance and workshop
The Category Group also considers related categories, including Soft Facilities, Postal, and Travel.
The 2026/2027 Estates Procurement Strategy will shortly be made available for members to view as a private document below.
