The Washroom Services and Associated Products and Services framework
The Washroom Services and Associated Products and Services framework agreement went live on the 1st of February 2017 and will run until the 31st of January 2020 with a potential extension date of 31/01/2021.
The Supply, Delivery and Installation of Washroom Services and Associated Products and Services Agreement consists of one lot.
The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to deliver an efficient and compliant route to market for participating public bodies, by further minimising the resource and providing value for money.
Benefits to this framework include:
- Savings are generated by harnessing the buying power of all the participating consortia Members. The Framework Agreement provides an average saving of 39%.
- A multi Supplier Framework Agreement will ensure that Suppliers remain competitive through the life of the Framework Agreement; and
- Members have a quicker OJEU complaint access to the market and the framework agreement removes the need to conduct an OJEU tender. Members can Call-Off from the Framework Agreement through Direct Award or Further Competition saving considerable resources and thus providing savings to Members in terms of tendering costs of £6,000.
