New National Desktops and Notebooks Agreement

Members can now access the new National Desktops and Notebooks Agreement (NDNA). Agreement benefits include full software support (including access to bug fixes, new software releases and documentation), Terms and Conditions agreed with Electronics Watch, full EU compliance and no price increases until March 2018. The agreement is split into 3 lots:

 

Lot 1 covers desktops.

 

Lot 2 covers notebooks and mobile devices including tablet devices, mobile PC Workstations and mobile Thin-Client end user units.

 

Lot 3 is a one-stop-shop covering desktops and mobile devices.

 

There are multiple options for calling off from the agreement: direct award via ranking, a desktop exercise or full mini-competition.

 

Members can access the following suppliers via the agreement:

 

Lot 1 - Desktops

Stone, XMA Ltd, Dell Corporation Ltd, HP Inc. Limited (available through HP Direct, Academia, DTP and XMA) and Lenovo Technology Ltd (available through Getech, CDW and SCC).

 

Lot 2 - Notebooks (Mobile devices)

Stone, XMA Ltd, Dell Corporation Ltd, HP Inc. Limited (available through HP Direct, Academia, DTP and XMA) and Lenovo Technology Ltd (available through Getech, CDW and SCC).

 

Lot 3 - NDNA One-Stop-Shop

Stone - for the supply of Stone desktops and either Acer or Toshiba mobile devices

XMA - for the supply of Viglen (XMA) desktops and either Toshiba or HP mobile devices

Dell - for the supply of Dell desktops and mobile devices (direct)

Lenovo - for the supply of Lenovo desktops and mobile devices desktops (available through Getech, CDW and SCC) and;

HP - for the supply of HP desktops and mobile devices (available through HP Direct, Academia, DTP and XMA).

 

The agreement runs from September 2017 to August 2020 with an option to extend for a further year.
