CIPS Qualifications

Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply

NEUPC is the first HE consortium to be approved as a CIPS study centre, meaning we are able to deliver high quality, competitively priced, CIPS qualifications to our members and members of other UK Higher Education purchasing consortia.

Our courses are unique and contextualised within the university sector. Training can be delivered through day attendance, blended or distance learning from our MCIPS qualified tutors with extensive HE sector backgrounds.

These courses are the first of their kind and includes additional benefits such as; CIPS e-learning packages, a HE student forum, tutor and peer support, topic webinars, tutorials, flexible learning tailored to you and a guaranteed revision day per module.

What is distance and blended learning?

Distance learning is largely self-study with the advantage of on request tutor support through different means of communication, including email, phone and social media. Blended learning provides a CIPS e-learning package and a tutor led revision day in addition to the support available with distance learning.

What are the benefits of having CIPS?

CIPS is a globally recognised qualification that can boost career opportunities and demonstrates to employers your commitment to being a better procurement professional. We offer five professional qualifications to enable you to progress your career and give yourself that competitive edge.

How can your course help me in the HE sector?

We have contextualised the modules in order to make them relevant to Higher Education. You will have support from tutors who are themselves procurement professionals whom have extensive experience within the sector and understand how to use CIPS tools and apply them to the real world.
